“Was there last night - enjoyed a KILLER Prime Rib (props to Chef JT) and an 'Almond Joy' at the bar :)“

“Two couples had dinner last night at Tap 42. We had a reservation and were quickly seated in a booth. Our waitress was young, attentive, easy to talk with, and explained things well. The meals we received were all different, all delicious and arrived at the same time. The waitress and the manager both came by to ask us if we were satisfied. My wife ordered the half rack of ribs, and I ordered the truffle steak and cheese sandwich. We both ordered the loaded mashed potatoes. The portions were large enough that neither of us could finish them, but we look forward to the leftovers! The loaded mashed potatoes were surprisingly good: lots cheese, chunks of thick bacon, and a topping of sour cream. Yum. We went home satisfied without needing dessert. The only criticism was the noise level. This seems to be true of all restaurants these days, but quiet conversation was a challenge. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.“

“Atmosphere is great, the bar is very lively but there is plenty of space for a quiet meal. bartenders and servers are all very friendly and attentive. Two working fireplaces and a large patio to fit whatever mood strikes you. Awesome spot for a nice dinner or lunch - fresh and terrific food straight off the menu and absolutely fabulous specials for lunch and dinner and awesome desserts. live music 2-3 nights a week. this is such a great local restaurant with an owner and management that are obviously very involved and care a lot about guests AND the staff. 10 out of 10, you've gotta check it out.“

“We have only come in for Take out, but the food has been amazing. We have tried the lobster dumplings, the goat cheese salad, and the brick over chicken. All were excellent. We’ll be back to sit down with you!“

“Couldn’t let the night end without singing the praises of the staff on duty tonight (9/13/25(. Hector (I believe that was his name - friendly guy with dark hair and glasses) and the woman with a NJ accent (believe she was a manager) were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came in for our anniversary to get some gelato and they went above and beyond with service. Having just moved from NY, this is our new favorite spot! Kudos to the staff tonight - we’ll be back soon!“

“Always nice eating outside at this restaurant. The Bronzino is the best anywhere - cooked with a crispy skin and seasoned just right. The side dishes are very tasty. The Coconut cake for desert was excellent We had the best waitress and it made for a pleasant evening“

“Food is good. Last visit quesadillas came out wrong and all they did was scrape out onions and peppers, so it came back a mess. I think Sundays they need more help. I've been there other days of the week with no problems.“
