We used to love this cafe at Nordstrom but it changed and it is just not the same as used to be. Service is suck, the chai late is too sweet, the variety of desert are so small. Well, we will not stop here anymore.

Rather pricey for not being a full service restaurant. You place the order at the counter and pay. Then a server shows up basically delivering your beverage and the food. Not impressed.
