They took a long time to fill my order. They gave me a free brownie for waiting almost 25 minutes for my order at curbside. The brownie doesn't help when your working on a schedule. They could've communicated and told me how long it would take.

I come and eat here all the time for lunch. I also come with my family while we shop around the mall. The food and drinks are pretty good. If you want to get past the lines you can order ahead on the App super convenient! Just one thing I don’t like and am confused about is that where I live which is only a few minutes from the mall I can’t order online and have it delivered for some reason. Think goodness for DoorDash, and Uber Eats. But overall I recommend!

We have been eating here several times a month for 2.5 years, and not once has our order been correct. We always have to go back up and wait forever to get our missing items. They always look at us like we have 2 heads when we ask for an under 3 toy for our toddler even though I know they have them. Even if they’re not busy, everyone seems flustered like it’s their first day, even the managers. That being said, we still keep going back because it’s Chick-fil-A and we like...
