Lots of chocolate and the few strawberries are that soggy and almost spoiled

I went into Crumbl today and experienced the worst customer service that I’ve experienced in a long, long time. She didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. She finally came over when I started asking her questions because I’m not a regular customer there so I don’t know how it works. I had to ask her what the different cookies were and one she didn’t even know what it was but instead of saying one minute let me check, she Kind of fumbled and I guess made something up. It’s very sad when you have bad customer service like that. Makes people not wanna come back

Horrible service , never gives refunds ; when things are sold out . Keep asking for manger and they never know when the next manger gonna come in . I having to go thru some many different people to talk to the manager . Employees never know how cookies even take the cool off . Employees don’t care about their customer.

The store was clean and I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile

This is the second time I order delivery and I don’t get my order filled correctly. I try calling the store and no one answers the phone. There is no way to contact customer service via the app and when you try online it directs you to the app.

Stopped by for the first time with my two younger kids to try out their cookies and when we walked in the girl that was working did not greet or acknowledge us at all but rather immediately disappeared somewhere in the back of store and never came back out again to help us. We waited around for about 10 mins thinking maybe she was in the restroom and then decided to go someplace else. It seems that many customers who have left reviews have had the same experience and possibly with the same employee. It's astonishing that despite reading several 1 star reviews from other clients, the owners/ manager have chosen to keep this employee running their store. My kids were sad to leave especially because they were so excited to try out their cookies but I would rather spend my someplace else with much better customer service.

Terrible customer service I stood there for 5 mins or more before they even greeted me

I placed an order online for a school event. Arrived at the store to pick up my order and no one even approached me. Stood there for 10 minutes. There was no other customers in the store, but me.

Soooo good.

I’ve been waiting a long time for them to get oatmeal cookies on the menu. I’m overly excited to receive these today so I did taste one and it was delicious.
