ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCE!! BOTH OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! ONE REQUEST CAN YOU PLEASE WIPE CHOCOLATE SMUDGES OF BOX!! ONE EMPLOYEE SIMPLY JUST LOOK AT ME AND WALKED AWAY THE OTHER ONE MADE EXCUSE OF HOW IT WAS SOOOOOOO IMPOSSIBLE TO LIGHTLY WET PAPER TOWEL TO CLEAN OF COOKIE BOX SMH!! MY MOTTO IS IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT!!

I walked in at about 9:00pm and there were 2 ladies one heavier, they provided no greeting at all and pretty much acted like we weren’t there I said excuse me multiple times just to be ignored and eventually my boyfriend spoke up to the skinner lady for me and she was very rude she rolled her eyes very aggressively at me causing my boyfriend to get very upset and confront her about how rude she was being and the younger skinnier lady threatened to slap my boyfriend as she walked toward him and called him multiple vulgar names and they told 2 little girl who came in to enjoy some sweet treats that they weren’t taking orders anymore even thought it was 9:00 and they close at 11 right before all of this. I did not come to crumbl expecting to be disrespected and my boyfriend threatened this was one of the worse experience I had at ANY restaurant in my whole life and I hope crumbl cookies does some adjusting I don’t understand how this restaurant almost has 5 stars

The absolute worse managed store. No customer service. Ordered online - order not ready. Had to ask 4 people to stop decorating cookies and complete my request.

Horrible customer service. Cookies are ok sometimes. Don’t expect the special cake of the week. They are always sold out. If I hadn’t promised my kids crumbl on my way home. I would’ve drove to the village location.

Tonight I made a purchase for cookies to be delivered however, upon opening the box of cookies, they were were hard as rocks….. all six of them. I contacted the store immediately and a female representative, who refused to give me her name, stated that she could not assist, however, she referred me to another employee by the name of Kevin who told me he was never trained on Issuing a refund. Kevin also advised that even if I brought the cookies back tonight (Saturday), I will not be able to get a refund. He stated that they not be open until Monday and he had no clue as to when a manager would be available. If you’re purchasing cookies from this place DO IT IN PERSON!

Service is terrible. Everyone working here looks and acts miserable. Nobody ever greets me every time I enter the store. No music or noise is playing. It's an unpleasant den of misery. They should all be fired.

Wow first time ever what a disappointment cookies are tiny wanted two pies when they went to put order together there no icing on pie so I said give me one pie instead did not refund me the difference of the pie verse the cookie don’t waste ur money

The cookies and variety are amazing

If you, like me believe that they close at 10pm like their hours on their door and online state, you will be mistake.
I showed up at 9:25pm to be greeted with a lady leaning up against a counter just shaking her head at me.
I asked if they close at 9:30pm and not 10pm. To which she replied yes. I stated it said 10pm and pointed at the door. She got aggressive and angry, I told her to enjoy the extra time off and left with 6 extremely disappointed kids.

The Northlake Blvd. location in Palm Beach Gardens has HORRIBLE customer service! Served me a cold cookie even though I'd already informed them that I'd like my cookie hot/warm. I asked for a refund, because if I can't have it my way when I'm spending my money, I don't want it‼️‼️ 🚫
