This Dunkin' location is very close to major roads and highways, making it a perfect place to stop for those on their way to work. It is also a nice walk from the nearby PGA resort. The place is very big, pretty clean, and in good condition overall with plenty of parking. The drive thru line is often long, so ordering ahead on the app for walk-in pickup is recommended to avoid waiting.
Service experiences vary. Many customers receive excellent and super helpful service, especially during busy times, with staff described as taking orders with love and respect. However, other experiences note staff that can be rude and dismissive, with poor customer service from some individuals. One specific breakfast order, the sandwich with hashbrowns, was great though the portion of hashbrowns seemed expensive for the amount received. The coffee is consistently delicious and made promptly. Many customers report they come every day and will definitely be back.
