Dunkin'

Place was filthy. Trash and food on the floor, sticky door handles and donut frosting on the glass. Messed up my munchkin order and had a hard time even fixing it.

The closing female was extremely rude. I ordered two dozen and was asked if I wanted to get anything else(I was bringing them for coworkers on the night shift and asked if they had 2 specific flavors). Another female walked over and interrupted the male and I mid sentence to ask if I was going to pay. -_- The machine hadn't lit up with the total yet, nor prompted my to tap my card. I don't even eat this food and its a gift for other people that I did not plan to get if they did not have the flavors. Jupiter Donuts is closed otherwise I wouldn't even be standing there. Everyone else was nice but I don't enjoy the implication that I wasn't going to pay or I guess attempt to steal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager of this store verbally abused a worker in front of a handful of customers on 10/26/25 around the 2PM hour. It was the most terrible thing to ever witness. I told her about herself and how dare she treat another person that way. She called the worker “ugly and disgusting, that she was atrocious and said the store has no sales because of how stupid and dumb the worker was”. This woman verbally abused and yelled at this woman for almost a minute straight. Since the complaint number doesn’t work i definitely sent an email to corporate. That lady was HORRIBLE and should be fired. I hope that poor worker gets a different job. There’s no telling how many times she’s done it before. I’m glad she arrogantly did it in public so we could stand up for the lady. Worst thing to ever experience. The workers were lovely. The young man who took my order was so patient and kind as well. I feel bad that’s their manager that lady is sick.

There is no seating in side or out. Dunkin is streamlining their stores. Bought 2 small coffees.

I arrived just before 10am on Sat. I ordered with ease and got a sandwich for myself and 2 drinks for my clients that were running late. While waiting for my order in the next line, the place got busy. Over the next 10 minutes while waiting there were 10-11 small children laughing, shouting and running around inside. 3 of the small boys were running in circles around the restaurant constantly in between the tables and customers in the order pickup line in front of me. One of the customers was introducing an employee that I believe was a manager that came out to the dining area as someone that's been with her child since 1 years old. They were laughing while it seemed like a full blown jungle gym. Another customer that walked inside was just stunned at the scene and looked at me in amaze that this chaos was going on then walked out. I ate my sandwich as fast as possible and waited outside for my clients with the 2 drinks as I didn't want them to experience this either. I would not recommend going back to this location on a Saturday morning.

They can never make a refresher correct, this is my 3rd tine going and I’ve been given green tea instead of lemonade. I dont understand how hard is it to follow a recipe???? They need better training here. Quality is better than quantity.

They don't understand that dark roast coffee is not regular coffee and tastes different. Order always wrong and usually forget cream and sugar. There are a lot of other options for coffee. Terrible store. That's it for me!

I go in to get the chicken & roasted pepper sandwich, a medium hot coffee with 3 pumps each of caramel, cream & sugar & to use the Wi-Fi. I always get the same two cashiers every time I come & they're super friendly.

Okay i am not one to usually leave a review but i just have to leave a review for my favorite dunkin place palm beach gardens off of military. This dunkin is the cleaness out of them all. I work close by so i often go there for breakfast, I started going most after i had an inspector from the fire department came to do an inspection at my office and was telling me after hearing me telling my coworkers that i want dunkin that how this specific dunkin out of all the dunkin inspection he did that this location was the cleaness, and indeed it is and i am not only talking about the sitting station from back to front that dunkin is hands down the best. The manager is honestly the greatest the way i see her interact with her customer and know some of them by name and what they like it's truly amazing and in this day in time we rarely find that. Being an employee myself i know most employer doesn't appreciate all good people but please whoever that manager is, she is to be KEPT and deserve a raised i feel so at ease eating there. I truly wanted to leave a review and thank the staff there.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..
