Dunkin'

Cold coffee, very weak. My latte tasted watery. Not the best Dunkin' we have visited. The donuts were nice.

People were very nice but they forgot 2 things that are on the RECEIPT but not in our bag. Which means we paid for it and they did not give us what we paid for and we had to drive off because of timing. That’s always an extremely aggravating moment when you realize later that you paid for something you didn’t receive, on 30$ order. I live really close to this dunkin but will rather go to a different one where they check on the orders correctly.

The workers here were so sweet, I got the loaded hashbrowns. A young man made them and he did it perfectly!! I do feel bad for the staff tho, some of the customers were causing confusion but they did my order perfectly and quick!

I frequent many locations across the state of DD and this location was the worst I’ve seen. Both employees sitting on countertop on their cell phones, floor covered in trash, soiled conditions overall. The women’s rest room out of order, men’s room filthy and then was handed a hot coffee with lid unattached and coffee spilled out everywhere. No apology, just looked at me as if my fault? Very odd experience and sad that there is no management or attention to cleanliness or customer service. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were closed down for health code violations.

This location doesn't pay attention to their mobile orders. Multiple people walk in and have to ask for them to check for and make the mobile orders. Defeats the purpose of the system.

This specific Dunkin' makes the food better than any others in the area. Everything is cooked to perfection and they always get my order right. They really have a great system going and excellent quality control.

Coffee was hot and fresh but wrong i ordered flav i received black had to drive back to return

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese this morning. No cream cheese in sight. Bagel was barely warm. Mediocre welcoming service.

Always Habra a good experience at this location. Ever need a donut in the late afternoon, they still have someone available. Staff is always friendly at evening visit to location.

The lady who checked us out and made our coffee was the sweetest! She made sure things were running smoothly and efficiently and provided service with care! I didn’t get her name but I wish I did because her service was so good
