Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
I had an awful experience at the Bell Gardens CA location on 9/8 around 5:15 pm all because I asked for a receipt. An employee threw my receipt away without asking me and I told the “assistant manager” that. The employee said that I didn’t ask for it. This Dunkin Donuts 🍩 is the worst one I’ve ever been to period. It has the worst customer service and employees working here I have ever seen !!!! I highly recommend not ever stopping at this location ever. I can’t stress it enough on how poor this Dunkin Donuts is. Please people don’t waste your time stopping at this location. You will more than likely regret it.

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop that has received mixed reviews. While the hot coffee is generally praised for its variety of flavors, some customers have been disappointed with the quality and temperature of certain food items, such as the chicken grilled pepper wrap. The service at the restaurant has improved recently, with employees described as friendly and very quick, making it a favorite location for many. Customers appreciate the staff's efficiency and kindness, and often choose this spot over others in the area despite the presence of multiple Dunkin' locations. The store rarely runs out of menu items, but there have been occasional issues with the speaker/headset system, and some customers have faced challenges in contacting the establishment. Overall, Dunkin' offers a decent coffee experience, but the consistency of their food and service can still vary. Customers also noticed the bagel hole is quite large, almost like a bread ring, which they found amusing.
