I ordered a snackin bacon, hashbrown and a cold brew salted caramel iced coffee and I received a free donut with my meal. My complaint is about the snackin bacon first of all there was snap or crunch or cracked black pepper seasoning to the bacon at all and that left me totally disappointed. And the cold brew foam had not salty Caramel taste to it at all and that was also very disappointing as well. You all must do better at the PGA location. Sincerely Ms. Allen
Extremely poor customer service. Order was wrong and the staff was very rude when I politely pointed it out.
WORST customer service. Rude employees. The cashier even charged my card for the wrong amount and gave ME an attitude about it.
