We didn’t expect greatness next to a Publix west of 95, but we found greatness in the carbonara, meatballs, salads, and wood-fire pizza. It was busy on a Tuesday night so we sat at the bar.

Absolutely amazing. The food, oh my goodness the hummus, the pizza and pasta all incredible. The staff and service was phenomenal!

Floza was such a pleasant change from the traditional NY style pizza. It was creative, super delicious, offered unique toppings and tasted yummy. Their pizza dough is made fresh daily and all of their ingredients were super fresh. We purchased a custom pizza with guanciale, provolone picante, fresh mozzarella and mushrooms. Every topping was cooked or prepared with the perfect touch in a wood fire oven! We also shared a burrata salad which consisted of Arugula, tomato, pickled onion, candied pecans, balsamic vinagrette. The salad was fresh with the finest ingredients and divided on separate plates between my husband and me and that made it convenient. Overall, we give Floza a 5-star rating for sure! Check it out!

There is nothing good to say about this place- called at 815pm- sorry oven is off we are done for the day- tried the next day and the cardboard box probably tastes better than the actual pizza. Order a calzone and the sauce is inside- there was no ricotta cheese. Sad to say but

I had the pleasure of trying this new pizza restaurant out for the first time and I was blown away with the pizza but don't stop there they had amazing fresh pasta that I can't wait to go back and have! You must MUST try the hummus

Wonderful place to eat! Food is excellent. Wood fired oven is nice to look at and fun to see the chef cook. Friendly staff and helpful. Would come here weekly, at least, if I lived here.

Blown away!! First time at Floza and my wife and I shared the Black Truffle Mushroom pie and the Sundried Tomato Pesto pie. Both were incredible. Perfect crust, amazing flavors. This is not just some pizza place, although I'm sure that if you were in the mood for just a simple cheese or pepperoni pie, it would be delicious. To the contrary, we are talking about gourmet quality food. This should be destination dining. I cannot wait to try some of the pastas and appetizers they offer.

As for the service staff, our server, Michele, was professional, accommodating and friendly. And the owners, Eddie and Chef Erwin, are clearly knowledgeable and successful restauranteurs. Bravo!!

I was absolutely AMAZING!!

We ate 2 pizzas the truffle mushroom pizza that was so yummy, tasty, the crust was crispy and chewy from the sourdough, right how a sourdough pizza should be!! 😋also they were so nice to make a pizza with vegetables to accommodate my vegan friend, the salad was made with fresh ingredients.
The hummus was creamy and the cucumber salad in the middle was a great addition to it, PLUS the pita with Zaatar was SO good!!

They also had GF crust, extra bonus.

Michelle the server was so friendly and attentive. I’m very grateful for the service we received.

I highly recommend it! 🤩
And I can’t wait to come back!!

Parking: It’s a big plaza so there is a lot of room for you to park

Great pies. Especially the margarita pizza. Hummus is fresh and excellent. Burrata salad was great. But. Their fresh made pita bread was the best. Spectacular . Not a fancy place. But great food. Try it.

This is an update:
The pizza here is wonderful. All fresh ingredients and sourdough crust. We love Floza pizza. And the fries! OMG! We tried Floza truffle fries today and I’ve never tasted any fries this good anywhere in the area. OMG! (I’d add a photo - but they are gone!)

By chance, I had the pleasure of sampling FLOZA’s cheesy pepperoni pizza. OMG everything was so fresh and delicious! The owners are friendly and only use the best ingredients. I cannot wait for them to open and get another bite of that tasty pizza! (I’ve thought about FLOZA pizza everyday since my sample.)
