UPDATE: Jay the manager and I spoke. He was sincerely apologetic and promised to make good on our bad experience. As I told him, it was the first time I had a negative experience with Ebisu. I look forward to seeing them in their new space (same plaza) and following their lead for my next order. The new space will be an upgrade for the entire experience. Thank you Jay!
