Outstanding customer service! Excellent high-quality food! Super friendly atmosphere! I would highly recommend and will continue to be a great customer. I recommend Giant Italian Bread #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly cheese steak with extra meat (not double meat) no onions no green peppers, extra meat, and add mayonnaise.

First time trying Jersey Mike’s. I’m from Philadelphia and living in Florida the past 10 years have been unable to find anything resembling a Philly Chicken cheese steak. Well my search has ended! Jersey Mike’s was great. Chopped chicken and not cubes! Really good. Need to try their other hoagies!

The staff here makes this place top notch in my book. We had an honest mistake with our order (Chipotle chicken rather than cheesesteak). They went above and beyond to correct it, letting us keep the wrong item, making the proper item, AND returning the purchase price of that item! All this while dealing with a major maintenance issue in their building. They can count on us to be regular customers from this point forward for sure!

My guess is, all these bad reviews are coming from Publix employees. LOL LOLPublix NO LONGER has a line for subs at 12pm like they use to. Clearly business is being taken away and someone is a little pissed.Been to JM's a bunch of times and IMO sandwiches are much better than Publix.
