Nothing Bundt Cakes

Okay I’m only giving the review because we ordered a mix of the Bundtinis… but we had no clue which flavor we were going to eat. They had a sticker on the box that gives you a break down but the handwriting was so bad .. that the flavor the “Birthday King” tried to NOT to get … was the first one he took a bite of 😒 maybe get stickers you can check the flavors off .. if everyone has bad writing .. just a suggestion ✍🏽

I went in tonight to get a bundlet I was craving, the two ladies working were absolutely delightful. Positive, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and made my experience top tier. I left smiling, so I had to come leave a review. Oh and the Bundt cakes are superb!!!! Tasted amazing. Thank you for lovely service!!!

By far the best in town!! Nothing Bundt Cake has deliciousness all over their business. Customer service is incredible as well. Don't even get me started on the cupcake/ cake frosting. Sooo good.

Tessa from the Palm Beach Gardens store is an absolute gem. She was so helpful and friendly - I'm not sure what was sweeter, the bundt cake or her!

Very disappointed to find out from another customer as I left with my 6 individual bundt cakes that she got hers for the BOGO for mothers day & I paid the $31. I was so excited to get them for my mom & mother-in-law. Sad it went down like this. The staff was very nice as far as their personality. Just wish they would have been upfront with me.

Daija and Pam are the absolute sweetest ladies. I love ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes based on the quality of the cakes alone, Daija and Pam gave me 2 more reasons to keep ordering from this location. They had no idea but I truly was having a sad day, I lost a close family member just hours before I had to pick up a cake for a colleague. Their kindness lifted my spirits. From the moment I walked in the door, they were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. Daija literally carried my order to the car for me. It was clear whatever they could do to assist me, they were going to. Thank you Pam and Thank you Daija for your kindness and warmth. Good customer service is hard to come by and I will not forget the impact the two of you made on me, that day!

If you are in need of a thoughtful, special experience, look no further than this location. Yesterday, I was in a pinch to make a birthday special. Being an out of state customer, I called Nothing Bundt Cakes directly instead of placing an order online. A lady by the name of Kianna answered and she went above and beyond by listening to my thoughts and in turn offered thoughtful recommendations and coordinated delivery service since I was unable to do so. Needless to say, my friend was very surprised. He loved the cakes and was impressed by the presentation; so much so he didn't want to eat any cake yesterday. A day later, the cakes were delicious. I cannot thank Kianna enough for both her thoughtfulness and thoroughness in making his day special. THANK YOU!

I never heard of this place before until my sister-in-law told me about it. She went to a location located in Texas. Once she told me there was on e in my area, I had to try.
When I tell you the lemon flavor Bundt cake is the best for me. The red velvet was a little too thick for me but it was still pretty good. But I will get a lemon cake every time I go there. The customer service was great. The young lady explained all the flavors to me and she just started working there. She presented herself like a pro.

For the 1st time I decided to use the service of having an order delivered but unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. But thanks to the manager Kiana, she was able handle my situation with such grace. I am happy to say my situation went from unsatisfactory to very satisfied at the end. Thank you so much Kiana, wish there were more managers like you.

This store is amazing!! I was picking up some mini cakes for a baby shower and they brought them out to me! Was so unexpected and greatly appreciated! Thank you to the wonderful staff and the woman who brought the bag out! She had short braids, she deserves a raise!! :)
