Food was good, my one complaint was one the workers was cleaning the air handlers (in the ceillings) and around the patrons while they were eating. A big turn off for my experience.
I have to say this is one of the better Paneras around. The nicest one for miles around. Very open and spacious, well stocked, good service and clean bathrooms. Only problem parking can be difficult.
Jay was awesome! I am responsible for sales and customer service for my current company and if I had a team full of Jays our customer experience and brand would be better for it. Thank you and happy holidays!
