They let you mix up your own special creation or pick one of their already defined salads. This trip, I had let them do the work for me. A roasted cauliflower salad. It comes with salad greens, spinach, kale, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, olives and a few other yum items. I just feel better when I eat these things.“
