The sandwich maker refused to Make me a steak, egg and cheese sandwich even though there was steak, egg and cheese available in the case in front of me because she said it was after 11. Had the same sandwich here after 11 on several occasions in the past few weeks This will obvious be The last time I go to this location

Was left locked out on a Friday morning they claim to open at 9am I was there at 9am until 9:15am the worker was getting everything ready and left door locked. When I knocked she seemed annoyed so I left. Also don’t go to this location not only early but on the weekend if you have a coupon they won’t accept it at this location. Go to the location on blue heron and military trail in the gas station no matter now busy they are they get you in and out in a fair manner.

We stopped in for a quick dinner and we’re were ready to deal with someone grumpy. It’s our experience that most people who work at Subway are usually unhappy and overworked. But we met Ebony who was great at what she does. She made sure our food was as we like it and she have great customer service! I hope this Subway appreciates her contribution. Thank you Ebony, we shall make this our new stop!!

Placed and paid for an order online and came in at the expected pick up time just to have to wait for an hour. The employee took two orders before even considering to make mine that was supposed to already be made. Was not able to cancel the order either as it was marked as completed as I am still waiting for it to even be made. Terrible service with VERY explicit music playing.

The worst service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I ordered two subs online at 11:30am, and when I arrived at 12, it hadn’t even been started when it was expected to be done by 11:55. I work customer service industry, and I am incredibly understanding about backups, so this wasn’t much of an issue. However, when the man behind the counter continued to ignore our order and make 3 footlongs in front of us for a customer that walked in, it irked me. It’s going on 12:30 now (a whole HOUR after our initial order of TWO half subs. Yes, I’m still waiting).

Talk about horrible customer service. There’s a special on Subway right now going for 699 foot-long‘s me and my family decided to order foot-long‘s today unfortunately it was three separate orders because we all had different sandwiches. They were all put in my name because I was the one going to pick them up. Three different people three different sandwiches three different payments all to the same store. I got there and they told me because I used a coupon. It was unfair to do it with three sandwiches and that I should go to somewhere else to buy my food. If that’s not the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever heard, the coupon is for Florida in general. It’s on the website. We all decided to use it and I’m penalized for it by going in.

As a small business, you can always opt out by not using the coupon and not honoring it in your store.

Terrible customer service! The owner yelled at me bc I placed my order, went to pick it up, and they were closed on the middle of the day. When I called the next day the man on the phone made it seem like I was trying to scam him and I was supposed to know that they close for an hour in the middle of the business day (btw who does that)

Just wanted to say love this subway! I go there cuz kevin always makes sure I'm well taking care of. Kevin's been working there for awhile. Every time I come In he has a great attitude and makes me feel like we've been friends for years. And food is great ?

I have no problem with all nationalities, believe that diversity is a wealth but here everything could be called into question ! For the first time I felt anti-white racism strongly ! I will remember it as my worst memory of Subway in the world ! Everything was horrible ! Welcome, food, despite my requests for correction etc etc, HORRIBLE ..: TO FLEE !!!!!!!
