I’m not a raw fish fan. When I think of sushi, I think of different kids of rolls with wasabi and soy sauce so this experience was outside my comfort zone. I tried every course. There was no “wow that was good” factor and very little change of texture or palette . Service was great. Atmosphere could have brought more of the audience together in my opinion.

Very intimate location inside pga national, the experience and service were outstanding. Decent sake selection, signature cocktails were fantastic. We did the omakase experience which did not disappoint.

Having experienced the best sushi in the world through my travels, I would put this in the top 10.
However, they need to work on their portion control. 1- You can choose 12 or 17 presentations. All presentations are the same and prepared the same. —unfortunately… Last night’s experience there were three sushi chefs… The group on our right ordered the 12 -as did myself and my girlfriend. The portions were 33 to 40% bigger on the right with the sushi chef closest to them. Every single piece that came out to us was noticeably smaller, even though we had the same exact 12 piece choice. I did not go home hungry, but there was a noticeable difference so we’re not sure whether the sushi chef on our left made them smaller, or the right size… or the chef on the right was making them too big. The bottom line is it doesn’t look fair when they’re serving— especially at that price. Paying a premium for sushi such as this, you would assume the portions would be the same. That was my only disappointment.

We had the 12-course omakase experience and the fish was so incredibly tender and fresh, the flavors accompanying the sushi were delicious and incredible. We had a delightful experience and will definitely return!

What an amazing omakase! I had so much fun and the chefs Brian, Jaybee and the third chef were absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was out celebrating birthdays, anniversary and date nights and we all sang our hearts out.
