Zero stars please. We loved this place however the past few time this location has gone down. We went for a special occasion that was watered down, we had to call food over there seems to be No staff bringing food around, we waited 10 mins for water on 2 occasions. Water… and drinks …. ? we wanted but when you wait 25 mins for someone to come take your order really dampens the celebrations. To top it all off the night we were there toilets were overflowing with ?. Closed both bathrooms and we were then forced to leave due to the lack of public restrooms along with no food…. Went from a great restaurant to an overpriced scam w/o bathrooms…

Parking: Parking isn’t bad with plenty next door for Bone Fish.

SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL ,LIMITED MENU & SERVICE, NO BATHROOMS, FULL PRICE --I decided to take some family out this evening for a birthday party most of which have never experienced this restaurant. I have in the past at other locations and had a fantastic meal along with exceptional service. This evening was a disappointment, the restaurant also has no working bathrooms ( I didn't know you could operate a restaurant without operational bathroom,), staff that was nonexistent and had to be called several times. It was a wait just for water, most of the meat and table service we received was by waving someone down. In our 2+ hours, we had four pieces of meat and two pieces of the same lamb come by our table....

We asked about the new garlic shrimp, which they sWe also had an overcharge for $30 on our receipt that we then had to wait 12 minutes to flag down a waiter to update the receipt to the correct amount .aid they had, then we asked again. We never saw those items..

We ultimately left due to the inconvenience of no restrooms, and absolutely no service.

If you’re looking for a place that has rushed, mediocre service and no functional bathrooms, this is your place. $50-$100 per person, seriously, do better.

I walked in for my second attempt to eat here. Work has brought me to this area a lot lately.
Both visits were met with apathy and rudeness at the front counter - almost an air of elitism.
Tonight, 4 people stood talking to one another (one really talking while the other three watched in various degrees of involvement) but not one person asked me what I wanted. No one greeted me. No one offered options or asked me how many in my party.
Instead I was told to wait without eye contact and left standing there for minutes without truly being acknowledged.
The whole vibe left me knowing I needed to leave... so I did!
It's OK, there are several restaurants nearby, including nextdoor. I won't be attempting a third visit.

The quality of the beef is not that good. I rather go to a regular steakhouse than go to Texas de Brazil again. I might pay over $50 for one filet mignon at a steakhouse, however, I rather do that that get over stuffed with low quality meats.

We enjoy going to Texas de Brazil for special occasions, but I was a little disappointed this past weekend. Our Server, Omar was attentive and the Lobster Bisque & Salad bar were just as good as always. Only difference was, that they kept bringing the same 5 meats over to the table and one of them was the Filet wrapped in Bacon which was definitely well done and very dry. I missed not being able to try the other meats that are listed on the menu. Hopefully, better luck next time.

The service is near the top of fine dining level. Our waiter, Octavio, was superb as were all the other personnel. We only had the salad bar which can create a full meal including good cheeses and shrimp dishes. The soups were pretty good, too. It was a bit noisy, but not with TV and music noise--thank heavens--just with bare surfaces everywhere. The atmosphere is lovely. It is elegant and charming. Modern without having a cold feeling. We heartily recommend it. It is a bit pricey.

We come here often, and always sit at the bar, and Edu the bartender is amazing!!! She is always smiling and very attentive. The salad bar is my favorite thing. It has everything that a vegetarian would want, in case you don't eat meat, try the salad bar. My husband says it's an explosion of flavors. They have prices for just the salad bar. You won't be disappointed.
