Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Good service, I was greeted when I walked in and walked out with one of the best smoothies ive had in a long time.

Honestly not a phenomenal experience. Food and drinks were just 'satisfactory' as far as 'tropical smoothie cafe' go. Ordered food and drinks online and they were really only a little busy and it took 20min to get 2 smoothies and 1 flatbread, after waiting until after my estimated time to go in. As much as I enjoy the occasional tropical smoothie cafe, I will probably be avoiding this location in the future.

Assistant store manager Michael made sure I was taken care of when the app didn’t process my order correctly. I appreciated his service and hospitality.

Employee with loose durag gave customer the wrong order so he proceeds to put the order under the pick up area. Another customer waiting sees their order being put in the online app orders section and grabs it. Order ends up being partially incorrect. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for Açaí Berry Boost. Meanwhile 2 sets of customers waiting to get their order taken leave. Nobody is being called by their first name so people are left to read smoothie labels on the counter to see if it’s their smoothie that’s ready. I’m definitely skipping this location in the future.

I eat at Tropical smoothie a lot, and this one is terrible. Food was awful due to poor preparation and I've never seen a staff of people care less.

Update on this review somehow this place actually got worse. I went to make an order sitting there and got basically stared at for five minutes by the staff who didn’t even acknowledge my existence. One of them was walking around on his phone the whole time. This place needs to just fire everybody and get a new crew. None of them want to be there working

The store was clean. Very clean.
I ordered 2 All American wraps which look like they were wrapped by a 2year old kid. When i wemt to return it the young lady stated that its a wrap and it supposed to look like that. I asked for a refund which they don't provide and I ended up with a store credit. Also I got an island green detox smoothie and a sunrise sunset and they taste disgusting. I regret having breakfast there this morning. It was a waste of $27 and I didn't even get to eat before work. One of the employees looked like she didn't brush her teeth or wash her face. People should really be required to wear a mask at work, or just not speak over people's food.

Why are you guys giving away so much free food? I got a chicken quesadilla free and peanut butter crunch wrap for free with my purchase of these items. And let me tell you, they are no good. Gross. There was literally 3 little slices of banana in each, full of granola, barely any peanut butter or honey. If you’re going to give away food at least try to make it edible. Smoothie was also trash.

I'm that mom that's always running late. This spot offers quick smoothies for mamas on the go! My 4 year old said it was delicious and I was in and out in less than 10. If this doesn't speak volumes to busy mamas i don't know what does! Ty to the man at the front he served with a smile

Smoothie was perfect and the chicken bacon ranch was really good. Fred answered all my questions about the ingredients. Will be back again!
