Walked in and said hello twice, but the person at the counter didn’t say a word back. If they can’t speak, that’s one thing, but choosing not to acknowledge a customer is just plain rude.

At first, I was indecisive about the smoothie options to choose for lunch. Then Joyce, Demetrius, and Shakyria gave me recommendations and pointers to choose. They displayed great customer service and I felt welcomed and serviced. Keep up the great work!

Had I decent time there. But I also notice some drug activity going on. Wouldn't go back to this location.

NO DRIVE THRU or CURBSIDE PICKUP. Ordered a smoothie and cookie via the app and realized when I got there no curbside pickup. After walking inside to get my order, was told they didn’t have any cookies. I wasn’t able to get a refund on the cookie so was offered chips instead, better than nothing I suppose.
All in all, the SMOOTHIE TASTED GREAT, and the employee was doing her best to remedy the situation, but next time I’ll go to a location with stay-in-car options while I have my kid with me.

Mike was our cashier today and he was friendly and very helping in our child pick a smoothie. All staff friendly and hard working. Even with many customers the drinks and food came out very quickly. Highly recommend this location.

Worst place to go. We came into the store, employees acted like we were not there, don’t even say Hi.
I said Hello and the Guy didn’t respond. He just walked away.

I will never go back again to that store.

This has to be one of the worst locations ever! Staff cannot read or comprehend or something. Help me understand how I’m in front of you ordering and you still mess up the order then gets upset when I correct you? I spent an extra 10 minutes in store because of this. And the staff was rude. Ugh they need a new crew. Stat

It was very clean, the employees were so sweet and quick service. I love their bahama mama and the chicken pesto, always hits.😊

Good service, I was greeted when I walked in and walked out with one of the best smoothies ive had in a long time.
