“We did this cruise for the 1st time. As a single mom I struggle with finding fun activities for my children. Going on early is key with kids. Not crowded. Amazing atmosphere. The staff is beyond incredible. Angelina and Austin were just the sweetest. Austin made my girls sodas and put cherries in them. He gave them bracelets and made napkin roses for each. He even played all of my 6 year olds music requests. Angelina is a doll among dolls. Never have I met a sweeter person behind the bar. Spencer the captain was incredibly nice to my girls. We really had the time of our lives and this will be a regular adventure for us. Thank you for hiring the very best. “We went with friends from the area who told us it was their favorite place to go for fish. My wife ordered the Fish & Chips fried. I ordered the Fish & Chips Jamaican Jerk. It was as good as "advertised". It was so good, we went back 2 weeks later when we were Stuart for the Art Festival. Every bit as good this visit. And our waitress was personable and very attentive. Overall, it was a great find!“

“I'm a day one regular of island root and they're great. From the owner to the bar backs they're good people. Quality products and a great laid back environment that gets pretty lively after 9pm.Vegetarian options: Fried mozz sticks, french fries etc.Parking: If there's no parking out front, there's a whole other lot out back.Kid-friendliness: Bring my 9 year old sister up here all the time, she loves it! She's made so many friends with other kids and adults alike.Wheelchair accessibility: Bar and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible (no handrails in bathroom though).“

“Excellent overall! Three in our party- we ordered crab cakes, grouper and shrimp for appetizers. For the grouper and shrimp, both breaded, the breading was crisp and tasty. The sauces were excellent, not overpowering and complimented rather than detracted from the base offering. For the main dish, the bourbon salmon was served beyond just warm but not overdone. The bourbon glacé was the consistency of chocolate syrup, thick enough to stay on the fish without running off but not gluey or gummy. It was excellent. The fried shrimp batter was just peppery enough to add depth to what is often a relatively bland dish and the shrimp was cooked, but not overcooked so it was tender and moist. Finally, we had Parmesan crusted cod, pan seared. The fish was lightly breaded such that the Parmesan came through and the coating was crisp but not burnt. As with the other dishes, the fish was flavorful, moist and not overdone. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and kept the meal moving but not rushed. We never felt ignored or hurried. Perfect pace to enjoy a meal. We travelled about an hour to go to the Magic Oyster and I'd do it again.“
“They do not serve food but this a very Nice place, clean and neat with great music playing all the time, the drinks are bigger than most places and reasonably priced, that's one things that keep me coming back, one of the other things that keep me coming back is one of the girl bartenders, surprisingly enough I keep meaning to get her name but never do, I know she works Thursday and Saturday nights and she is wonderful! She's fast and friendly, she works extremely hard, she treats everyone at the bar like thier the only one there and she never stops, she is either serving or washing glasses or cleaning something, that's why the place is spotless all the time!“

She was an excellent guide for someone unfamiliar with kava and kratom. The atmosphere was extremely calming, friendly, and welcoming. The service was phenomenal. They also had a small food menu (that I did not try). If you've never been, don't miss out, give this place a try!“
“Stopped in today and wasn't very crowded so I got a ocean view outside table, ordered the NY strip, roasted potatoes and the vegetables were zucchini, the zucchini didn't have much taste, the roasted potatoes were pretty good and the steak was tasty but had to much gristel, the hot rolls with real butter pads were excellent, it got very crowded from the time I showed up till I left.“

He explained both the drink menu and food menu so well, that I wanted to order one of everything. Everything we ordered was out of this world. The cherry on top of a delicious meal was the horchata ice cream.Be prepared to spend a little more than usual, not because District is overpriced, but because everything is so good you’ll order multiple plates.“

“Palm City Grill is a really solid choice, it has a classic charm that appeals to a more mature crowd, making it the perfect spot for a refined dining experience. While the clientele leans towards an older demographic, I am not sure its a place to take younger kids, as we were getting those "looks" from other patrons.“
