“Whatever the time of day, you can go to old Dixie and find something great to eat. Recent updates really improved the atmosphere, and it’s clean and the staff is friendly and fast. You’d like to do takeout? Usually ready within 15 to 20 minutes, and well packaged. We picked up the chicken français the other night and it was so so good. You also get a side of salad and rolls and everything you need if you want to go to the beach with it or take it home. Great place.👍😊“

“Every time I go into Ooh la la is a beautiful experience. Lorna is so welcoming and beyond knowledgeable about wine, cheese and the finer things in life. I could literally sit in there all day with her and Kiki. Her wine selection is obscure and unlike any other in the treasure coast. You can buy wine anywhere but Ooh la la is an experience and that’s what wine is all about! Swing by with a buddy for a tasting and you won’t want to leave. 😘“

“We came right when it opened for the amazing happy hour! Food was DELICIOUS! I had the steak, clam chowder, and Apple crisp dessert (which was a happy hour special). Everything is homemade and fresh. The service was perfect and personable and the owner came to say hi to us and made us feel at home. “I never write reviews But this definitely deserves one. Ate here for breakfast on Sunday delicious eggs Benedict came back on Wednesday and had a delicious Reuben sandwich with a Caesar salad. Prices are reasonable food comes out hot like it should. I think the staff was wonderful attentive. Place is very clean…. Definitely worth going.“

“Been here twice. The last time I had the trifecta with sunny side up eggs, lemon ricotta pancake and crispy bacon, my go to favorite. Today I had avocado toast with two eggs over easy and it was delicious. This store is so much better than the one in West Palm Beach!“

“I really enjoyed my visit here. The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly ambiance that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The food overall was really good and clearly prepared with care. Our waitresses were especially wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy and pleasant.
My coffee was good and paired nicely with the meal, and I have to say the toast was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I ordered a veggie omelette, and while I liked the taste, my only real issue was the size of the onions. They were cut very large, which took away a bit from the balance of the omelette for me. Smaller pieces would have made it much more enjoyable.
One thing to note is that they don’t offer protein pancakes, which might be a downside for some people looking for that option. On the positive side, parking is plentiful and very convenient. The entrance is also accessible for people with disabilities, though someone may need to help by holding the door.
Overall, despite the small issue with the omelette, I had a positive experience. The friendly service, good food, and comfortable atmosphere make this a place I would recommend and would consider visiting again.“
