“I tried to call the manager but nobody answered the phone. I was just there Sunday morning at 9:15 and Eliana took care of me at the window. It was so nice to see a younger person in customer service with a big smile on her face and an actual personality. She actually made me laugh and put a smile on my face. She was phenomenal. I actually needed that this morning. It's only 9:15 but it's been a very long day already. So thank you very much eliana, much appreciated“

“I do not go to dunkin' donuts a lot. But with that said I went there to get my wife an iced coffee I got off work early. While I was there I was treated very nicely but a young lady helped me get my wife's iced coffee I don't know much about. I asked her some questions she gave me a lot of answers and I got an iced coffee myself which I will get another one it was really good. The whole staff was fantastic everybody was very nice and the store was absolutely clean. In and out no problem even the drive-through was moving. I was there today around 10:30 a.m. that staff rocks. Now that was a great experience. Don't get to see that often would like to see more of it.“

“In reference to the recent news of Starbucks asking Police Officers to leave one of their establishments due to “other customers feeling threatened by their mere presence”, simply enjoying a coffee, this Dunkin Donuts is awesome.
