Went through the drive thru and ordered a simple grilled cheese and french soup and got bread nuked with cheese and not grilled and tomatoe soup Ridiculous when I brought it back they made the same way complaint fell on deaf ears of manager I said no it’s not acceptable she said ok have a good night I’m like really no you owe me a refund like I’m going to just take it and go. Just left Panera approx 40 minutes ago.
I ordered to go picked it up and drove home..
Cashier friendly and the food ready quickly.
Now for the bad news.
The chicken salad sand was very good my wife really enjoyed it.
I ordered Tomato Bisque Soup for my wife but they put onion soup in the bag.
Now for literally the most inedible sandwich ever. I ordered the Chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce.
