If you are looking for a place where they nickel and dime you to death, this is your dream vacation!Arrived day after X-mas ...check-in took 40 minutes, once we got to the desk. Only Monica, Jackie and Dawn have any clue on a service experience. Activities for the kids were non/existent although we tried glo-golf where the staff came 15 minutes late to set it up and didn't light up some holes and it was so dark that someone almost broke their foot..,very poorly done...and of...read full review
My husband and I stayed at Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa to celebrate my 60th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were treated so special! The check in personnel was so kind and made the process quick and enjoyable. When the staff found out we were celebrating a second milestone with them, they went above and beyond! Our stay in Room 701 at the Main Tower of Hammock Golf & Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding service—bell staff, front desk, and even maintenance were all friendly, prompt, and professional.
The condo itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family—4 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave everyone room to relax and enjoy. The views were beautiful, and we felt right at home.
