Check. Blue cheese crumbles? Yep. By the time the whiskey BBQ hit, I was basically signing adoption papers for this burger.

The local beer lineup only makes the experience better — perfect for washing down a sandwich that feels like it was designed in a late-night lab experiment gone wonderfully right.

From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed like you’re a regular—even if it’s your first time. Her energy is fun, her personality is effortless, and the way she balances speed, precision, and great conversation is unreal. Even on a busy night she never misses a beat: drinks come out perfect, she remembers your order, and she somehow still has time to check in and crack a joke. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the quality of her service. If every bartender worked like Celina, every bar would be packed every night. “I don't usually eat fast food, which explains why I hadn't discovered Checkers after living in Palm Coast for over 20 years! My husband enjoys burgers, but was tired of the other places in town. There wasn't any consistency to the quality of their products. Enter Checkers — my husband loves the burgers, my sister loves the chicken sandwich, and I would satisfy any fast-food cravings by sneaking a French fry or two (I'm always on a diet). Your fries are THE most amazing I've ever tasted! They're wonderfully crunchy, has just enough spice, don't need ketchup (and I'm a big ketchup person), and taste just as good even when they've gotten cold. Today, I did something out of the ordinary – I ordered meals for my husband and sister, and got a small French fry for myself. That is a rare occurrence for me, but wanted fast food lovers out there to know that your food – and especially the fries – are top notch!
