We used the kiosk to order and missed the personal service that Steak 'n shake used to provide.Michael was grilling burgers, and we asked him to change our order to take out instead of dine in. They went digital on service. So now it's pointless to eat here when it comes to the atmosphere of talking to another person, having that interaction of the waitress/waiter to take your order.The fact that a tip is still available when it's not you actually interacting with the customer directly will never be for the cooks.The worst part though is the fact that the facility is messy in the bathroom, floors are sticky like a movie theater.
