I ordered a kids grilled cheese and they gave us soggy bread filled with onions and a slice of cheese, along with cold fries and a cold burger. Ridiculous
store#282 ticket 600 on 11/23 at 3:08pm ordered $34.17 worth of im not sure what to call it because it was too pitiful to be food. The burgers were so greasy and smooshed they looked like they had been stepped on! Asked for no onions and all had onions. Fries were ice cold, raw, and the fry containers were so poorly filled each container had maybe a dozen fries. I sure hope a general manager or franchise owner sees this because this was absolutely disgraceful!
Great experience, great food and kindness. We had car issues and a worker came to help us. We came to find out it was DJ the franchise owner. Great guy , and he gave us a boost so we could continue on our way. Would definitely 💯 recommend Steak ‘n Shake in Palm coast for their food and helping their customers at time of need. Thanks again DJ.
