I enjoy Starbucks quite a lot actually, of course I do not get it daily but I do like their coffee! I recommend White Chocolate Mocha, hot or iced either one! It tastes pretty good! There's other varieties as well and you might as well give it a try which is what I do when I want to try something new!
We don't mind paying the premium for Starbucks because of the service, as much as the consistency of the products . We were not impressed at this one. Maybe lack of training from the store manager? The "barista" semed to be annoyed by a simple request for extra cream and sugar. Not acceptable to maintain the expectation of service one has from the franchise.The other issue we noticed is that the tables were not being wiped/cleaned. Overall, Starbucks gets a consistent 4 rating for food quality, atmosphere, and customer service. The only negative is that the food (and coffee) is not worth the price they charge. It is extremely overpriced (especially the food). Therefore, what you are paying for is the atmosphere. And this applies to all the Starbucks (and I've been to many of them).
