Earlier today at 7:15 am, I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a Mini 4ct but was given hashbrowns instead of the mini. So after I got off work, I called the location to report the incident, and the "manager" who answered the phone at 5:05 pm was rude and disrespectful. He started to blame me instead of apologizing for what happened. This man shouldn't be working for this great franchise.
