“Was craving an egg, bacon snd cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. Got the sourdough sandwich. Sadly, you can’t even taste the bacon or cheese. It’s mostly egg and hardly any bacon. If it has 2 eggs on it people, don’t you think it needs more bacon to even out the flavors?“

“I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning before work. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.“

“My best friend and I go to this location weekly if not no-weekly. Service here is always exceptional and if any mistake is made, it is taken care of immediately and with a smile. Sarah, Brian and their crew are always there to serve what we believe to be the best coffee. 😁☕“

“I usually hit this Dunkin’ in the mornings, and the AM staff is not entirely the friendliest. Today (August 20th around 1:20 PM), I pulled up and was surprised. The afternoon crew was hands-down the NICEST, funniest, most positive Dunkin’ team I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.
The vibe was immaculate. The energy? Unmatched. The jokes? On point. Honestly, it felt less like ordering a coffee and more like pulling up to a comedy club with lattes. The young lady at the drive-thru window especially—she deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably her own talk show.
This team turned my quick coffee run into the highlight of my day. Whoever was working that shift, keep them forever. Dunkin’, take notes: THAT’S how you do customer service.“

“The Tarpon Springs location is fantastic, I go every morning and I have my coffee ready when I walk in the door, they know exactly what I want, you can not ask for a better staff than that!!

“Jess, ( I think is her name) is fabulous and always makes our coffee perfect every time. She always smiles when she greets us, whether I come in at 7:00 am or 5:00pm and has memorized our order. Because of her, we keep coming back. Thanks!“
