“My Five Guys Palm Harbour cashier was Samantha, On Sunday evening we decided to try this restaurant for our first time. Samantha greeted us, I told her this was our first time, She explained the menu very professionally to us, Samantha was very helpful, I was very impressed. We asked for suggestions and Samantha gave us great suggestions, We ordered double cheese burgers with 1 order of fries. When we got our order, I tried the fries..... They were hot and delicious, I couldn't stop eating them.... The cheese burger, Was OFF THE CHAIN ... After our meal, I complimented the staff on a job well done!! I compared their food to IN N OUT Burgers..... TOP QUALITY... in all aspects.“

“This was a great beach bar restaurant. We are doing window film on the new Winter the Dolphin's Beach Club. Not too many places are open due to the circumstances but I had an amazing grouper sandwich and I saw the attention when and to everyone wearing gloves and they were super prepared. Great job. “I'd like to start by thanking the very nice people that work at the Clearwater Mall location. I think they do a fine job. Moving on to the actual food, I feel Five Guys has become too expensive. Regardless of how good the food might be at times, the quality isn't consistent enough to justify the high price. And even if it is consistent enough, I still can't understand the high price. My wife and I will get a burger fries and shake each and it'll be well over $40. At that price we have options that we enjoy significantly more than a couple of burgers at Five Guys. End of an era for us.“

“This is the best burger place in the Clearwater area. The food is really good, and the restaurant is always clean but my favorite thing about coming to his location is the staff. Every one of them is super friendly and customer service oriented. Unlike the indifference of so many other places, they care about your dining experience. The manager, Katie, is every owner's dream employee. She sets the welcoming tone for the team. I didn't know any of these people or the owner before I started dining here, but now they greet me by my first name and make every attempt to show me they appreciate my business.“
