Went at 6pm and there was nobody there. That should be a sign that the food is probably not very good but we still gave it a try.
Turned out we probably had the worst Cuban sandwich ever… the bread is so dry and hard and makes me feel like chewing cupboards…
We also ordered a Cuban pizza and it tastes just like domino’s and there’s a even hair on top of it when we got it…

First off, I'm seeing several reviews of this place critical of the fact that the staff aren't fluent in English. First off, it's a Cuban pizza joint. Deal with it. Second, Google Translate is your friend.
Okay, so my wife and I tried this place for the first time several days ago. We ordered the plantain pizza, the guava pizza, and the veggie pizza. All three were fantastic. We liked the place so much that we returned a couple days later and repeated our order. Our folks live in the area, so we're down this way every few months, and we're going to make this place a regular stop.

The special pizzas, the place is nice and the music but...the service has been terrible and tipping is mandatory of course...like all restaurants now but the thing is that when the service is good it makes you want to, but when it's not... .....
For our part, we say that we are done with Havana N...we went many times because we really like it...but the last 2 times were terrible and it was because of the service...the truth is it's a shame...but for That they treat me like in Cuba...no...we get enough of that for many years...no more...one thing is camaraderie and another is lack of professionalism...TOTAL!!!

The waitress brings you the bill and holds it away from you while she brings you the payment machine with your card and tells you how much the total is. The story is that the bill already includes an 18% tip without telling you anything and they put the quick pay machine in front of you so you can choose how much you want to leave as a tip without you noticing that they have already charged you. It's a shame that they do things like this to get more money from the client. We decided to share as a family and only in tips and advice. They charged me $50.00 dollars. I think it's a lack of respect for clients. We like to support small businesses, especially if they are Cuban. , but it is not correct that they do what they are doing with their clients. Pay attention to all those who visit this place and decide to consume within it, in addition, the bathroom for women and men does not have conditions for babies or children in it, you should consider it. The churros also do not specify that they are not filled and are with chocolate and caramel separated, in addition to all that they forgot the order we had to wait half an hour more for them to make them and deliver them to the table
