I saw the menu, ordered the brownie batter shake, and wow, it was amazing! Not too sweet, but so tasty, also it was very affordable just $11. The staff were super friendly and energetic. It was my first time at Habibi, but definitely not my last.“

“Came on a slow Monday at 4pm. This café is a cute little spot! The coffee was solid. They have nondairy milk options. The chicken pesto panini was delicious! The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant was also good.

The outdoor seating area is nice to hang around, do work, or simply eat outside and enjoy the nice weather. Employees were nice and accommodating. Coming from Miami where this would cost upwards of $50, $35 for two coffees and two meals isn’t too bad. Overall great place, would definitely come back!“

The service is always fast, and the team that was there before was super nice. They still have a really great team now, but I do miss some of the girls who used to work at this location and moved away for college. “I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup.

The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times.

What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way.

With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.“

Ordered the large açaí bowl from 3 Natives in Wellington, and it was pure perfection—vibrant purple base, perfectly blended, topped with fresh granola, strawberries, bananas, and a drizzle of honey that tied it all together. The portion was massive (worth every penny), and it stayed thick and cold down to the last spoonful.
Service was lightning-fast—ordered at the counter, and it was ready in under 5 minutes even during the lunch rush. The staff was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and even offered to customize the toppings.

Whenever we’re walking around Palm Beach or going to the beach as a family, this cozy little café is a must-stop. It’s definitely a tiny space, but that’s part of its charm…it feels intimate, vibrant, and full of personality. On weekends it gets super crowded, which honestly just adds to the energy. The vibe is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful people all around and such a positive atmosphere.

If you’re a coffee lover, this is the perfect spot; especially if you appreciate a really good espresso. Their pastries (grandma’s coffee cake and their banana bread) and food options are also delicious and thoughtfully curated. Everything just feels elevated but still relaxed.

One of the things I love most is the overall aesthetic. The décor gives off strong beachy, surfing vibes, with gorgeous natural light that makes the whole place feel warm and inviting. Even the little plaza it’s in adds to the experience…there’s a tiny terrace outside that somehow completes the whole laid-back, local feel.

And the staff? Always super friendly and welcoming. Every visit has been a great experience.
