The customer service is awful at this Subway..the food prep guy is extremely rude..I didn’t catch his name..but, he has tattoos all over his arm..I’ve never experienced something like this..when you walk up he begins to sigh loudly, he starts slamming the doors of the oven, he just throws the food like he’s angry! It’s really terrible..it makes you feel like you’re bothering him..I went with my kids and I was going to walk away but they really were craving something from there that day..he has a terrible service attitude! I don’t understand why if he hates his job so much, he doesn’t look for something else where he doesn’t have to deal with customers..if you read this let me tell you, “you suck” look for another job if you hate it so much there..

Very bad experience with a girl with brown hair and white skin. Unfortunately, they don't have her name on the sweater, but she has terrible care, even with children. She treated the child poorly. With this I mean that until they get her out of there, neither my cousin nor I will go to that place anymore, and I will tell as many people as I can. She is the one who worked the Tuesday, September 10th shift, in the afternoon shift.
Anthony (the male associate) told me they didn't have the ingredients to make the chicken dipper when magically his female coworker found the chicken and cheese which was right in front of his face. Fascinating creature of the wheel.

Terrible customer wanda have a nasty attitude dint want to make a pizza that I order because they din’t have a box and the nice lady arianna tell her she can make the pizza with the cookies box I said no problem that’s fine w me and Wanda said I not gonna do that is not the first time that lady Wanda treat customer like that I feel bad for the other coworkers that deal w her if she don’t like her job just quit because customer deserves to be treat better

There were two people working on sandwiches today, and one of the employees had an infection in their mouth with a swollen cheek that clearly indicated a bad infection. I didn't want to cancel him making the sub, but as soon as I saw him say toast, I lost my appetite as I assumed I saw spit. I'm very sorry, but I paid $13 for the sub and just gave it to the homeless. If you work in fast food and have any kind of infection, wear a mask.

Customer service was nonexistent. The sub maker complained about my order to his coworker so that I could hear. Additionally did so using profanity. There were no other customers in the subway at all, yet he wasn't working on my order as he complained. He then played dumb and asked if I needed something since I was standing there. I got the vibe that he was having a power trip. I was patient and waited for my order and left without a fuss. But this was a terrible experience and it happened on my birthday. I'm afraid this will be my first and last time ordering from subway, as I don't want to relive this experience.
