The customers are forced to wait periods of time. I was ordering a sandwich and the employee was taking care of another one while her coworker spent her time talking with a Walmart employee, a fly landed on my sub and when she got back to my sub she swatted it away and was going to continue making my sandwich but that was disgusting and I walked away. I hear them talking behind me while I was walking out about how they couldn’t care or how I came off “rude and entitled”.

Ariyanna was amazing at her job. We came in famished and really upset because the other subways were giving us a hard time because they didn’t have the stuff that we wanted and upon requesting our sandwich, ariyanna Made everything to a tea! Her hospitality was impeccable and she was just the sweetest person ever, especially given that it was 10 o’clock at night and they were just about to close, Managed to pull through and make all of our orders. Terrible service. The woman who attended me during the night shift was extremely rude I couldn’t even ask a question. I waited 15 minutes, and the only response I got was being told, “At night you can’t be calling like this.” If you’re going to run a business, then take care of your customers properly. otherwise, it’s better to just close it.

A super rude and chubby lady was back there I walked up to the counter and said hi and she walked away to talk to a group of guys(Caucasian )that were seated and already eating they didn't even talk to her as they saw what she did then she had the audacity to come back and trying to serve me( gave of racists vibes tbh) so I just turned and walked away loved shopping at the actual Walmart will never go to this Subway again tho and I'm telling the entire family and friends about what happened

The customer service is awful at this Subway..the food prep guy is extremely rude..I didn’t catch his name..but, he has tattoos all over his arm..I’ve never experienced something like this..when you walk up he begins to sigh loudly, he starts slamming the doors of the oven, he just throws the food like he’s angry! It’s really terrible..it makes you feel like you’re bothering him..I went with my kids and I was going to walk away but they really were craving something from there that day..he has a terrible service attitude! I don’t understand why if he hates his job so much, he doesn’t look for something else where he doesn’t have to deal with customers..if you read this let me tell you, “you suck” look for another job if you hate it so much there..
