If your store hours say you close at 11, means you shouldn’t let anyone in starting from 11. This doesn’t seem to be the case here. Please change your closing hours to reflect at what time you’ll actually stop letting people in. Sucks to have to make a trip and drive to the location only to find out they won’t let you in even though according to your hours you’re “open”. Better to be honest about it and adjust it.

Ok, but needs work. Store clean but a bit messy. Associates leave large heavy carts they use to load items on shelves in aisles unattended. Makes it difficult for elderly to push out of the way to get by or get items on shelf. Heavy buckets of cleaning equipment blocking inside of ladies bathroom. I had to push it aside so a woman in a wheelchair could get by and use bathroom stall.

Worse store ever! Closes at 10:30 when website shows it closes at 11:00. Staff block the door so you won’t get in and is completely rude. I don’t even blame the staff as this is Walmart’s doing. Why don’t you change the time on the website to 10:30 instead of putting your staff on the frontline and in danger for angry customers? I am appalled on how unorganized this big organization is. Do better!

Shout out to this WalMart for closing at 10:30 pm when it's posted online, and on the store entrance that it closes at 11pm. And a big shout out to the onsite "manager" Joshua proceeding to call the police on about 30 customers who were asking the store to honor their posted hours. WalMart needs to get their quality control together with this location big time.

Really stinks when you need something. You check walmart.com which says it is in stock. Drive there only to find out the shelves are empty. So after wasting time I have to get it off Amazon. Should have done Amazon first. No one who works there knows anything.

The store it self is good they have what I need most of the time but the store manager in charge maria wasn't helpful at all when I went to pick up my online order my boyfriend went to ask her for help since we were outside for the online pick up and no one was answering so when we went inside all she kept repeating was its closed its closed we explained to her is there anything we can do since we needed what we purchased online for a tournament for my daughter and we were leaving that night and no she kept on its closed, she is very rude and nothing to do with customer satisfaction..being pregnant and getting frustrated with maria since she did not wanna help so I had to repurchase the item and not wait for a refund since maria couldn't do anything for us and left us standing there

I, along with at least 15 other customers, were denied entry, myself @ 10:38pm, being told that "the store's closed" by a lone security guard. I promptly told the guard that my frustrations were not aimed at him personally, but that we should be given the opportunity to address "the boss" who had ordered the store to be closed at least 21 minutes early. At first, we were told he left, to which I responded with a request for you supervisor on duty. At this point, the guard radioed someone who, without apology, simply said "tell em get lost""TELL 'EM (TO) GET LOST"!?!?If a corporation advertising hours of operation until 11pm is unwilling to allow shoppers in even as Google shows the store to be open, then someone should be fired or demoted.If you don't like your hours, work elsewhere.

Found most everything on my list. Checked out at self service and had Casey tell me that I could use the hand scanner on bananas if they have a tag. Fabulous and much faster than having to look up prices.

It was designed funny...not used to that layout. As soon as we walked inside my son had to go to the bathroom and when I looked up for signs to direct me there wasn’t any so just to let you know they are in the front as most stores have them but they are at the end of the registers so keep going you’ll see them...it was stocked for the most part I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. It just felt congested maybe I’m not used to that layout. Anyway the people were nice and greeted you when you arrived and exited the store.

It's set up almost like every other Walmart. One section for food, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, electronics, clothing for woman, men, boys, girls etc. Compared to the other Walmarts I've been to this seems just about the same. Products were all about the same as well. Pricing too. Efficient parking. Check out was a breeze as they have the self check out stations.

I usually try to avoid this Walmart and shop elsewhere but I needed cash back ASAP so I stopped and bought a pack of gum and went through self checkout to get $20 back. I finished my checkout and there was a couple standing right behind me to go next. I took my stuff and left... I hadn't made it out the second double door when I stopped and realized I forgot to grab my $20 out of the self checkout machine! I ran right back in and the couple was still there.... no $20!! So I got a manager they came over and the people were having trouble with that machine so they had to go and use a different one. A male manager (Hispanic- wish I got his name!) said they were gonna check the cameras to make sure the money didn't come out OR to see if those people took it. Sure as the sky is blue... the woman jacked my money! By the time they saw it on the camera the people were gone. Marvin - the manager came out and spoke with me. He told me that he would give me my $20 this time but it if happened again they wouldn't be able to. I didn't even think they would do it to begin with. I was pleasantly surprised! It was only $20 but nowadays $20 is a lot of money..! Kudos to Marvin. Wonderful person, very kind and understanding. Excellent customer service!!! If you ever have a problem... ask for him! He's awesome! I will now not avoid this store but I will now shop here only BECAUSE of Marvin!

I had a very pleasant experience with an exchange at the Walmart on 10th Ave. in Palm Springs, Florida. It was atypical in the sense that the barcode was unreadable on one of the items and although I provided a sales receipt, the young lady behind the return counter insisted I could not get a refund on that particular item. I requested a manager and was fortunate enough to be introduced to "Marvin" who politely informed me he was the assistant manager. Marvin listen to my explanation, looked at my receipt and instructed the young lady to provide a total refund because I had both of the items AND documentation in the form of the sales receipt. It's because of people like Marvin who do the 'right thing' that I continue to shop at Walmart. Bravo, Marvin! dlc
