Manager rude on N Cleveland avenue Location refused to give me contact info to complain as I sat in Lane 1 of drive thru and 3 cars buzzed thru lane 2 and had thei orders taken while I sat. They bought this place and got rid of all the happy employees and replaced with .........
I go in to the Store, to pickup an Order, That I placed on the App. I have my Service Dog with me.
This So-Called Manager is literally yelling at me (someone with Disabilities), from behind the counter to across the Store/Restaurant, literally pointing me out to all that is in the Lobby/Dining Area. “Yelling that Pets are not allowed inside”.
When he does actually walk over to us, he then demands to knows what my Disability is, and why I need a Service Dog,...read full review
