Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. While some locations excel in providing excellent service, others struggle with slow service. Some customers found the sausage, egg & cheese croissant not the best, tasting like soap. They need more help, as the coffee girl makes coffee way before the drive-up arrives, and the cream on top melts. One customer usually orders the Sourdough bread breakfast sandwich and found that they NEVER butter the toasted bread, and were told it is EXTRA to butter it. Dunkin's is good for a quick coffee and snack, but nothing amazing. Sometimes the coffee hits, sometimes it doesn't. Donuts are decent, but not super fresh every time. It does the job when you're in a rush.
