My son and I went in this evening around 7pm and were greeted by Donte. He worked with my son who wanted to try several different flavors. Zero negative attitude and was very helpful.

Davion made sure to thank us for coming in before we left. What really took me by storm was he stopped cleaning the walls to make eye contact and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. A+++

I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks coffee but this location has problems, every time I go to give another try, new employees and they make drip coffee watery, I think they should pay a little more to employees so people can get better coffee.

I went thru the carry out window and had great service. My coffe was just like I ordered but the mini bagel bites were tough. Palmetto's Dunkin is always my favorite since their stock of donuts last into late afternoon or longer other Dunkin run out way early.
