McDonald's is a quick breakfast fix, but service can be slow. Orders may take longer to prepare, especially with young staff who may lack training. The Palmetto, Florida location has recently been rebuilt, and while it is a great spot for hot French fries, some customers have noted that the burgers are thinner and more expensive, leading to disappointment over the new prices on the dollar menu. The drive-thru lanes are still efficient, but be prepared for variable quality, as some items, like biscuits, may not meet expectations.
Despite the busy environment, the staff is friendly and welcoming, making customers feel at home. Even with the hectic parking situation, many have praised the team's efforts, highlighting the exceptional service provided by employees like Mrs. Torii, who goes out of her way to assist customers. However, there have been complaints about the Wi-Fi and restroom facilities, suggesting improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.
