“Captain Jack’s was amazing! The coconut shrimp, royal red shrimp, seafood gumbo, jambalaya, spaghetti, & huge chocolate chip cookies were really good. But what really made the experience memorable was our waitress Helen. She was super upbeat & attentive, & even took several minutes to chat with us. She made us feel like we were family coming over to a close friends’ house for dinner. She was awesome! If you get Helen as your waiter, you’re in for a treat! I highly recommend Captain Jacks buffet, you will not regret it!“
“We went specifically for the all you can eat crab legs. They set up the crab legs nicely with a person specifically on the line to rotate the legs so they stay fresh. The butter was good. The other food on the buffet was pretty good. They kept the table clean from all the crab shells.The restroom was the most impressive. It was immaculately clean. It was as clean as a Buc-ee’s restroom.“
