3rd visit glad it was not 1st or a 2nd would never have happened.
1st. After standing at counter to ask about rewards I had to say loudly anyone working counter.
Then a young man came and had absolutely no clue about customer service. My a May I help you would have been nice.
The when Whopper came too much mayo I ordered light mayo + tomato yet only 1 slices not 2.
No mustard and under cooked
Literally lettuce yet way too much.

This location is horrible
The dining room new design is pleasant. The staff was very polite and cordial, and there was no waiting time at 9 p.m. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, great experience.
