“For a Takeout order it takes something special to leave a 5 star ⭐ review, but this was just that occasion!

At first I was just going to do the regular and park in a spot and wait for someone to bring it out to the car. This time I decided to go in and get a drink because I was early and it didn’t look that busy. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from the hostess and informed her I was going for a drink and made my way over the bartender. At first glance there was one other person at the bar eating and enjoying a drink, and an older bartender walked out and immediately put a menu in front of me to take my order. After I informed him I was waiting for takeout he asked what I wanted and poured me a wofford and diet which was perfect. Here is the best part, and every sip I took I thought how are they going to mess up this order, what will they forget? How will this be just like every other takeout order and something seams to always be missing? This was the opposite, as soon as he asked my named he went back to the kitchen and made sure they knew Mr. Johnsen was at the bar waiting for this order. Now, you might ask well this guy just wanted to hear his name and feel like a big celebrity and hand this bartender a huge tip for the recognition, maybe but it got better 😂 I was watching as my order came up and he checked EVERYTHING! all the steaks had the right sides, extra butter for the bread, extra dressing for the salads, TWO SETS OF SILVERWARE!!! I can’t tell you how many times restaurants forget silverware and I have turn into Survivor man in my hotel room on how to eat my steak. Everything was there, and when he brought it to me he repeated the ticket to know that not only did he check but it was RIGHT. Now the best part of the night, and tell me the last time this happened to you. As I am walking out of the restaurant I saw some guy holding the door and I was ten steps away so it wasn’t for me…. But it was, and it was the manager and he thanked me for coming in and wished me good night. Do yourself a favor if you made it this far, go and have a good experience and do it with Longhorn Steakhouse, it was a breath of fresh air!“

“We had an amazing experience at Angelo’s Steak Pit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was on point, from the service from our waitress Emily! The fried cheese curds and GIANT onion rings were a great way to start the meal. Absolutely loved their Greek salad dressing. So fresh! 🥗 Our steaks were all cooked just right. My steak n shrimp came with the best hush puppies I’ve ever tasted. Like fried little bites straight from heaven 😇 Our kids ate every last bite of mac & cheese… giving it a 12 out of 10! My daughter loved the virgin strawberry daiquiris in the cute cowboy boot cups! 👢Don’t skip the bourbon lemonade cocktail. They told me that they make their own bourbon…. PLUS you get to keep the cup as a fun souvenir 🥃“

“I had the linguine with a small piece of meat that was outstanding it was cooked to perfection. My friends had steak and said they were good. I noticed the lunch menu was much lower in price, but you had to be there before 4:00. I recommend it.“
