“Born and raised in Springfield and I have not been in this Burger King Since I moved to Callaway, we do not go to Callaway. Burger King. There is staff there that is very rude. Me and my daughter came here today in Springfield. Wow it looks beautiful in here. You guys have done a great job, but not only that your staff is amazing. They were so sweet to my daughter and answered all her little questions. The food was all fresh and hot the fries were even good. I don’t usually even like the fries here I was really impressed with how good the upgrades are to the restaurant and the upgrade to the staff is. Whoever was Working today, the two ladies at 4:30 PM they are awesome! Just wanted to let you guys know“
“Brooke is the most amazing employee in staff at this burger king. Was able to figure out the new system for online orders. Someone like her deserves to be in management with more pay. She has a sweet and kind soul. You need more like her working for you“
“Ordered a Whopper only at 2:30pm on Thursday 21st. Whoever made it wrapped it very nicely and it was very presentable and it was almost perfectly made like I remember from my Burger King in Michigan 15 years ago. Props to whoever is making them. I will make regular trips if they keep this up. Because months ago they weren’t doing that good of a job to be real. Also add a playground inside like the good old times for kids in the area and keep the cleanliness up and the atmosphere rating will be 5 stars. Other than that keep it up. I miss Burger King being on top like they were years ago.“
“Visiting from out of town. Margaret (manager) greeted me instantly and was willing to help on her break but associate Gabby stepped in and took the order and made the entire order fresh. Awesome customer service and atmosphere here. Highly recommend“
“I was skeptic because the McDonald’s next door’s quality and cleanliness was awful but this Burger King was the cleanest I have ever been to. The food was quick and the quality was wayyyy better than McDs. I highly recommend! Not sure why the review score is 3 because it should be a 5.
Above all, this Burger King is sooo clean.“
