Capt Hais Fresh Seafood Market & Deli

I have been wanting blue crabs for I don't know how long! They had the biggest crabs I've ever seen in my while life! We got 4 crabs which were 2 pounds! Fast, friendly, and will help in any way they can! I even let them pick the crabs out! The other seafood looked amazing too!

I'm sure the seafood is fresh, but the atmosphere is more like a convenience store gas station. I couldn't tell if I was in a seafood restaurant, fast food restaurant, or convenience store. We did not purchase any seafood which is what we came for.

Capt Hais is a great store and Has great food. The cooks Nikki and Josh has been wonderful and Awesome. The times I have went in they have went above and beyond.

Went to get blue crabs, and they were disgusting. They pulled them dead from a cooler with no ice. They were all spoiled.

Could not be more pleased with our decision to call Captain Hais when we wanted a bushel of bushel of med blue crab for our boil. This team was friendly , took the time to source our special request, was great about communication and the information I was given on day one as far as pricing , weights etc was accurate - there was the disclaimer was told weather may impact availability date and price , which is 💯 reasonable, but luckily everything worked out on schedule and price didn’t fluctuate.
We had 20 guests come hungry and leave full and bragging about how good these blue crabs were !

Love, love, love the fish sandwiches. 2/$6 fish sandwiches that are cooked as ordered, so it's always hot and fresh. And the staff are the best they are kind and helpful and work well together to make our wait quick as possible and the order just how we ordered. I absolutely love this store!!!!💯

Last weekend I purchased a box of oysters that were muddy and looked questionable at the store. Against my better judgment, I took them home and washed them, only to discover that about three-quarters of them were already open and dried out. I called the store and was told that only the owner could issue a refund, and that he was not there at the time.
I returned today and spoke with the owner’s wife. She told me they do not issue refunds on oysters, even when they sell a bad batch. She also pointed to a newly hung sign stating that customers must check oysters before leaving because all oyster sales are final.
Please be cautious when purchasing oysters from this place
