On top of not making subs according to the order. You cannot reach this store to have them address the issue or refund the order. There is no way to reach the store on 23rd Street in Panama City other than going in. The sister shop in Lynn Haven refused to provide a number to reach a supervisor or acting manager in the store. This is the second we have experienced difficulty reaching this store.
To the manager that got chewed out today by a rude customer, we appreciate you! You handled yourself with grace and professionalism. Our food was delicious!
