“McDonald's is kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's a great experience and other times it's a tragic event. If the Costa Family would spend a little money training the staff and send their managers to class to appreciate the customer more we would all reap the rewards. This visit WAS very good. Thank you“
“Slow to acknowledge drive through. Asked for a large Dr. Pepper, he called back large Coke. I said no, a large Dr. Pepper. He then called off diet coke, again I repeated Dr. Pepper and he stated diet Dr. Pepper so I repeated it one more time and asked to please not give me a diet drink. I NEVER said the word diet to begin with much less have to say 4 times what I wanted.“
“We stopped here with our Church Youth Group around 9AM last Friday. We had 16 people with us and all went in to order our meal. Some of us used the kiosk, but most went to the counter.
First of all, this has to be the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. Not only that, the place was very nice on the inside. Even had a large sofa.
Food came out quickly, hot, and each order was correct! Three of us ordered the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel and came to the consensus that is was the best one ever ordered by any of us.
Staff was super friendly and the manager was actively taking orders and running out orders.
All in all, this location stands apart from all the other McDonald's I have ever visited and made for a great last stop on our trip to Panama City Beach!“
““I’m lovin’ it… but my gluten-free stomach is not.”
Ah, McDonald’s — the land of golden fries, drive-thru dreams, and late-night cravings. You’ve been there for me at 2 a.m. after a road trip, during toddler tantrums, and on days when cooking feels like an extreme sport. Consistency is key, and you deliver: salty fries, burgers that hit the nostalgia button, and those little Coke cups that somehow taste better than all other Cokes in the world.
BUT — and it’s a sesame seed-covered but — my gluten-free self is out here in the corner munching on hash browns and apple slices like it’s a kindergarten snack. Throw me a (bun-less) bone! A gluten-free burger bun? A nugget made of dreams and rice flour? I’m not asking for filet mignon. Just let me join the party.
Still, four stars for always being there, for being affordable, and for letting me eat fries with zero judgment. I’ll keep coming back... just with my own sad Tupperware sometimes. 😅“
“Dine in. This location is awesome we were so happy with our service. I've actually have never been to a McDonald's this clean and filled with such hospitality. There was an awesome guy helping the food expo to our table. The Manager Sam was very welcoming and sweet. Thank you! It felt like the 90s McDonalds we knew and loved as kids.“
