The guy with the dreads, Eric(?), has always taken my order and is always a great interaction in the morning or afternoon. Never felt bad about spending the money bc the food is good for Taco Bells, unlike Edgewater Taco Bell.“

After over a 2 year hiatus from Taco Bell, I finally worked up enough courage to give it another try. I practically lived on Taco Bell in my younger years. I remember when they first launched breakfast. To this day, my favorite breakfast item EVER released by a fast food restaurant is the breakfast quesalupa. Real ones remember.
My experience at 231 was OUTSTANDING. I made a mobile order and picked it up. My order was ready in about 10 minutes, faster than I expected. My order was filled perfectly, no errors at all. Granted, I believe in keeping fast food orders simple. No substitutions or special requests. In my humble opinion, a fast food restaurant is not the place for those. The menu is created a specific way with a vision in mind along with efficiency.
The quality of the food was great. I’ve always loved the Crunchwrap supreme, and I was very pleased to see that it was still a fantastic menu item. The dorito CGC (cheesy Gordita crunch) was new for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Chalupa and the crispy ranchero taco were very tasty. Of course the Cinnabon delights were delightful, as their name would suggest. The cheesy fiesta potato bowl was exactly as I remembered. Not the most amazing thing you’ll ever eat, but solid, dependable, and filling.
The nacho fries were probably the least favorite menu item, though no fault of Taco Bell. The seasoning was fantastic, but the fries were not as crispy as they could have been. I suspect this was my fault, as I did not eat them when they were fresh. Nevertheless, I would order them again.
I give this location 5 stars because they did an outstanding job and I will be returning Taco Bell to my food rotation. I’ve missed it very much.
If anyone from Taco Bell corporate is reading this, I have a simple and humble request to make: please bring back the quesarito line. It was amazing. Also, I know this is a long shot. But please bring back the breakfast quesalupa. Thank you.“
“I was there when this person who claims she had to wait for 15 minutes to get her food cause the employee was blocking the other kiosk 4 weeks ago which was not the case the customer the employee was helping needed things added so it did take longer however the other kiosk in her photo CLEARLY shows it was not blocked at all. This individual was already being very difficult towards the employees and got angry because she couldn't use the counter to order when they have told her numerous times they aren't supposed to be using the counter at all and are required to use the kiosks for customer assistance. It is a new policy. This person is and was rude the entire time because she did not want to stand next to the other customer. But after dealing with this negative individual everything went smoothly and the staff were very helpful . I believe her name was angel. Way to go for keeping your cool dealing with that impossible customer. Here is the attached review that is completely false.“
