The chef must have a high BTU and a narrowly focused flame because the wok hei was real and so real that the food stayed hot for so long. We ordered MILD for both and just as the server said, mild has some heat and it was so good.

I highly recommend the bean sprout salad (make it vegan), sweet potato puffs, curry fried rice (make it vegan), mango sticky rice when they have it, spicy eggplant dish with tofu, and the gravy dish with broccoli and tofu.
