First time here today, attached pics of the special I got. Red beans/rice with smoked pork. Very good, and the plate was basically two servings. Very friendly people, let me sample the smoked chicken and pork, and also shared some recommendations for a couple local food places as well. Can't wait to go back!
Great smoked chicken sandwiches at an unbeatable price. I prefer the original sandwich that comes with a house-made Alabama White sauce. You also can't go wrong with the Cajun sandwich which provides mild-medium spice kick.

Terrific food! We had the Cajun chicken sandwich with baked beans and loaded grits ( cheese, bacon and green onions) so yummy! The prices are great. The friendly people running the food truck were awesome! You can even see some animals while getting lunch.
