Terrific food! We had the Cajun chicken sandwich with baked beans and loaded grits ( cheese, bacon and green onions) so yummy! The prices are great. The friendly people running the food truck were awesome! You can even see some animals while getting lunch.

First time here today, attached pics of the special I got. Red beans/rice with smoked pork. Very good, and the plate was basically two servings. Very friendly people, let me sample the smoked chicken and pork, and also shared some recommendations for a couple local food places as well. Can't wait to go back!

Great smoked chicken sandwiches at an unbeatable price. I prefer the original sandwich that comes with a house-made Alabama White sauce. You also can't go wrong with the Cajun sandwich which provides mild-medium spice kick.

Went to get food for a small group coming over to watch football today. Pulled in to my go to local place and they were closed for the weekend. Panic! Remembered reading about William G's Smokehouse so went in search of food for the group. They went above and beyond and put together an amazing spread of delicious food! Absolutely delicious! Smoked chicken was the best I've ever had! The smoked pork loin was super moist and tender! Sides went perfect with the meat. The extra special touch... bread pudding! It was like thick French toast but over the top! I am so happy to have found them. Super nice people with great food and prices! Go check them out!

We have been coming to this food truck since we moved here in Parrish, FL a year ago. The owners are very friendly and nice and their food is great, especially for the price! Even with the prices increasing everywhere, they continue to serve very good food with affordable prices. I don't usually like green bean casseroles but this place made an excellent one. Fresh and not overcooked. I just hope they start serving it again very soon! I also love their grits and bread pudding. They smoke their meats with only salt and oakwood. Follow them on FB to know their specials and schedule throughout the year. They accept cash and credit cards.

I had the bbq pork Mac and cheese. It was a great value but that's where it stops. The Mac and cheese was mushy, the pork had little flavor and whatever sauce was on it tasted like a weird ketchup. Also a selection of drinks would be nice rather than water or tea. Hopefully the other menu items taste good..

Stopped at William G's Smoked Chicken in Parrish and got some of their wonderful chicken and Alabama White sauce. I brought it home and made Smoked chicken BLT's. My new favorite sandwich...OMG so awesome. I'll be back for more.
