I got the salchipapapas it was perfect!!!! Hot delicious lots of cheese, sausage and sauce. The people working aren’t the type who are overly friendly but they are nice, efficient, smiling and ok with me. I don’t know what everyone’s problem is??
The other food being served looked delicious. My food was enough for 2 people. At 10-10:30. There were about 10 people. Pretty busy.

Food is not great and honestly way overpriced for basic latin food… service is severely lacking lady that seems to be the manager? Super rude with zero customer service attitude. Go somewhere else

The wait time is truly excessive, even for deliveries.
I waited nearly 30 minutes for an order I placed 20 minutes earlier. It's outrageous and shows a complete lack of respect for customers and delivery drivers.
Disrespectful staff who don't even respond when you speak to them. I strongly advise against it.

Aja Food Truck knocked it out of the park. The food was really, really good fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the service was outstanding.

Huge shoutout to Alejandra and Alejandro they truly made my day with their great attitude and attention. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in both the food and the experience.

Five stars for the food, five stars for the service. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I went because a friend recommended it, and I loved it! The cachapa was delicious and the service was super nice and friendly. I’ll definitely go back!

I tried the mixed grill, and I really liked it. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the food came out quickly and hot.
The service was one of the strongest points—very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.
I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

First things first, they don’t respect their customers. People who don’t value their customers don’t deserve our hard earned money. My family and I made an order and drove 20-25 minutes to this food truck to pick it up. Once we got home, we realized they gave us the wrong order. We call and try to see what accommodations could be made since one member of the family could not eat the incorrect order and was left with no meal. We made the decision to go back and drive the 20 mins to pick up the correct order. I called to notify the staff and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to ask her what her issue was. She said she has a lot of customers. STOP! When we went to pick up the food you had two men standing around waiting for their order. You call that busy? No excuse. We are also customers. That’s not how you treat customers when YOU made the mistake. It’s midnight and we are driving around picking up an order you got wrong. She HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Despicable nasty behavior. I had to correct her and explain that you don’t treat customers like a nuisance. On top of that the burger meat is thin, the patacon shredded beef was tasteless and bitter. The prices are high for bad flavor and bad attitude. NEVER AGAIN!! Ruined my night and I’m here on vacation.

Skip the fast food places and come here for late night eats. Food is hot and fresh, little wait time and super friendly service.

This place has the best food ever. The taste will bring you back to life and you can taste the love. The cashier is always so nice and attentive, I’m surprised this place hasn’t blown up already :)

Food quality is a bit subpar for the cost. It arrived quickly from Uber eats but unfortunately the flavor and quality was not there to be found.

Food was okay, the meat was super thin the patty was bigger than everything inside it. Definitely not worth the price. The girl and the guy who were working when we ordered were rude and had horrible customer service. The guy made a comment about how we show up when they don’t want to do anything. He didn’t even try to hide that he made that comment to the girl and said right in our faces, first of all my boyfriend and I are fluent in spanish. We felt rushed ordering it was our first time trying this food truck but would never go again nor recommend.
