I've been eating at amicis since I was 19 years old. I've referred this restaurant to many of my friends. when I started a family we would have quick dinners with my toddler, as he got older we would visit after baseball games. Service had always been top notch, many of the servers knew us. A few months ago, we arrived during the day after spending several hours on the baseball field (my son had a tournamen) . The restaurant was empty. I mean empty, we were the only customers there. I checked to see if they had just opened or were about to close, neither was true. We thought that being the only customers there meant we would receive our food fairly quickly, boy were we wrong! 1 hour later our food had still not arrived, we had to ask the waitress to pack it to go.. which also took long. So disappointing. Im now leaving this review because we are looking to order take out , I considered this location but after that experience.. I rather not.

This family owned small business pizza restaurant is a perfect place for a quiet familiar Italian meal. Their pizza is one of the best in the area. Been here multiple times, and happy every time. Thanks for the great meal.

Jan 12, 2026 Absolutely positively the tastiest Fettuccine Alfredo I've ever had THICK not runny and VERY TASTY. (New York Italian) . Born New York City, grew up Long Island, Stationed in San Diego Ca, retired in Florida. This is also my go-to place for pizza (discounted on Tuesdays). Service good Ambiance cozy.

The food was good and the Waitress ( Sammy) super nice and polite, too bad she was the only waitress taking care of everything (around 40 ppl + answering the phone call) it took around 10 minutes to get the menus and over an hour and 30 to get hour food. Probably I will give another try to this place in the future, and if you are planning to come, hopefully your experience will be different
